• Receive drone operation and programming training to assist in choreographing stunning aerial displays that mesmerize audiences.
• Execute quality control measures to ensure the flawless execution of each show, including pre-flight checks and post-show evaluations.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to guarantee the safety of personnel, equipment, and spectators during all show aspects.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently set up and tear down equipment at various event locations.
• Maintain an organized equipment inventory and ensure all necessary supplies are readily available.
• Stay updated on the latest drone technology and industry trends to contribute to continuously improving our drone light show operations.
• Follow company policies and procedures regarding data security, confidentiality, and operational protocols.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in drone operation or related fields is a plus.
• Proven experience in operating and maintaining drones or other remote-controlled devices.
• Technical proficiency and ability to troubleshoot technical issues with drones and related equipment.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and safety protocols.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient setup and teardown of equipment.
• Physical stamina and ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying heavy equipment.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with team members and other departments.
• Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on event schedules.

• Expertly pilot a fleet of synchronized drones during rehearsals and live performances, following pre-planned flight paths and executing precise maneuvers to create stunning aerial displays.
• Collaborate closely with the creative team to translate their vision into stunning aerial performances, incorporating their desired formations, patterns, and timing into your flight sequences.
• Ensure the safety of the audience, crew, and drones by meticulously adhering to established safety protocols and guidelines throughout the drone light show.
• Perform routine drone maintenance and inspections to ensure optimal performance, including pre-flight checks, battery management, and firmware updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during rehearsals or live performances and take appropriate actions to resolve them promptly.
• Continuously monitor the drones’ status and make real-time adjustments to flight plans or maneuvers as needed to maintain synchronization and visual impact.
• Collaborate with the ground team to ensure effective communication and coordination between pilots and ground-based equipment operators.
• Stay updated on the latest drone technology and industry trends, and provide insights and recommendations for enhancing the quality and innovation of our drone light shows.
• Contribute to developing and improving flight choreography and sequences, offering creative input and exploring new possibilities for aerial performances.
• Maintain accurate flight logs and documentation, including flight times, maintenance records, and incident reports.
• Assist in training and mentoring new drone pilots, sharing your expertise and best practices for safe and successful drone operations.

• Proven drone pilot experience, exceptional flying skills, and a strong understanding of drone technology, navigation, and flight dynamics.
• Excellent hand-eye coordination and spatial awareness allow precise control and execution of maneuvers.
• Have a deep passion for aviation, drones, and aerial entertainment, with a keen interest in pushing the boundaries of what is possible in the field.
• Familiarity with software and hardware used in drone operations, including flight control systems, GPS navigation, and payload management.
• Knowledge of applicable laws, regulations, and safety standards related to drone operation and public performances.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute complex flight sequences accurately and flawlessly.
